Dans le cadre du cours \u2018Transatlantic Relations: Competing Grand Strategies\u2019 d\u00e9livr\u00e9 par Sami Makki (professeur et co-responsable de la majeure SIGR), les \u00e9tudiantes et les \u00e9tudiants du master CEI (Carri\u00e8res europ\u00e9ennes et internationales) ont pu r\u00e9aliser une simulation (en anglais) d\u2019un congr\u00e8s de l\u2019OTAN autour du futur des relations transatlantiques dans le cadre de \u2018OTAN 2030\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Les \u00e9tudiantes et les \u00e9tudiants se sont r\u00e9partis en groupes repr\u00e9sentant des acteurs vari\u00e9s, comme les parlementaires de l\u2019OTAN, les d\u00e9l\u00e9gations nationales (fran\u00e7aise, britannique, am\u00e9ricaine et allemande), les membres de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, le staff international de l\u2019OTAN ou encore les repr\u00e9sentants de l\u2019industrie de la d\u00e9fense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
L\u2019agenda avait \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli pr\u00e9alablement par les parlementaires et concernait les menaces nonmilitaires (environnementales, sanitaires et informationnelles); les menaces cyber et hybrides; et la guerre de haute intensit\u00e9. La simulation s\u2019est tenue pendant 3 heures mi-d\u00e9cembre. Les
\u00e9tudiantes et les \u00e9tudiants ont d\u00e9battu sur ces questions, tout en interpr\u00e9tant les r\u00f4les qui leur avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 assign\u00e9s. Un exercice enrichissant, permettant \u00e0 la fois d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir des connaissances sur les nouvelles menaces s\u00e9curitaires et le r\u00f4le de l\u2019Alliance, et d\u2019entrevoir ses diff\u00e9rents acteurs et son fonctionnement !<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
